This is a more bastardized version of the actual black dahlia disfigurement but much more creepy and costumey. For an Elizabeth Short costume, feel free to make the extended lips reach all the way to the ear lobes and bring some more fake skin tearing to the upper lip. Beware that if you look for a reference photo, it will be quite graphic.
